Elaine C Smith - Panto in Glasgow

Elaine C Smith starring in  Sleeping Beauty at the King’s Theatre in Glasgow. It was great fun to work with Elaine again and as always Panto is very special treat for all ages.

The script features Elaine arriving (incognito - her identity is hidden) in full costume in the back of a Glasgow black cab. The TV audience at this point never see her face and it is only the reaction of those who greet her as she arrives that infers it is a celebrity of great warmth and affection returning to an old haunt.

Only when she arrives on stage is it revealed with a great flourish that it is Elaine C Smith making a grand homecoming.

Some of cast seen in this film were drawn from real member of the staff and crew that work at the theatre and they all performed brilliantly.

The team at LA Media really captured the spirit of the show and were very pleased with the final result.
