Dundee One - Development Corporate Video

Jeremy Dixon of Jute Properties asked LA Media to help him market the tenant opportunities he had available in his newly developed building  ‘Dundee One’.

Director Justin Adams (LA Media) agreed with Jeremy that an existing tenant, in this case Kirsty Fletcher-Reid of Fletcher Group, would be a great asset for the film as Kirsty could speak  personally about why her business had moved from Aberdeen to Dundee One and how she was finding the effects of the move since it was been made.

We decided to include local restaurants, transport facilities, a range of amenities and combine them with a quick drive around Dundee. LA Media understood that to sell the property space we had to reflect the Dundee that surrounded it.

LA Media really enjoyed the results of this film and Jeremy managed to lease the remaining spaces at ' Dundee One'.
